Fried rice with vegetables

Fried rice turns out incredibly fragrant, is cooked very simply and is suitable as a simple side dish or as an independent dish.

Cooking method:

Boil rice until cooked. Slices of bacon cut into strips and lightly browned.

Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper. In a small amount of water we dilute starch and mix it with beaten eggs. On the remaining fat in the pan, bake thin egg pancakes. Roll them roll and cut into strips.

Fry vegetables until cooked in heated vegetable oil. Add ginger, chopped garlic and chopped onion. Warm up with vegetables, stirring for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, sherry and honey. Pour boiled rice, omelet strips and bacon. Stir so that all products are equally heated. Increase the heat and let the liquid evaporate.

Serve hot.

Products should be fried and not stewed, so in the last stage of cooking it is better to use the second frying pan.
