Pour into the pan about two and a half liters of water, salt it and bring to a boil. Dip dumplings (not more than 4-5 pieces) in boiling water. To prevent the dumplings from sticking together, do not forget to stir them at first. Boil dumplings for 5-8 minutes. Dumplings are best served on the table with hot and watered cold sour cream.
