How to cook tirasizushi

Tirasizushi with squid
- 200 g of boiled squid meat;
- 1 cup of boiled rice;
- 1 onion;
- 4 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil;
- pepper.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil. Cut the squid meat into small strips.
Put the rice on a dish, sprinkle with fried onions, put the squid slices on top, sprinkle with soy sauce, pepper to taste. The dish is ready.
Shrimp Tirasizushi
- 1 cup boiled rice;
- 200 g canned shrimp "rove";
- 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of chicken broth;
- bunch of green onions;
- 1 tsp. ground ginger root, rice vinegar, sesame oil.
Peel the shrimp, chop. Chop green onions. In a blender, beat the soy sauce with chicken broth and sesame oil. Add rice vinegar to the mixture, mix until smooth.
Put the rice on a sushi dish, sprinkle with shrimps, pour the soy sauce, sprinkle with green onions and ground ginger.
