After that, cover the container with a cotton cloth and let it brew for 4 days at a temperature of 23-24 degrees. Stir the mass three times a day. On the fifth day, drain the resulting juice into another jar and add 300 g of sugar, diluted in 750 ml. water. Mix thoroughly and place under the water trap.
After another 4 days, pour out some wine, add 70g of sugar and pour it back into the jar. This procedure should be repeated on the seventh and tenth day, each time adding 60 g of sugar and not forgetting to leave the jar under the water gate after this.
After the fermentation process is complete, that is, the bubbles disappear in the jar, hold the wine under the water gate for another three weeks. Then pour the contents of the jar into glass bottles, carefully seal them and leave them in a cool dark place in an upright position. In a month the wine will be ready!
Wines from other berries - raspberries or strawberries are prepared in the same way. But here there is one nuance: after the fermentation process, such wines need to be insisted for at least six months, and even better for 10 months. - 4 kg. tomatoes;
- 800 g of sugar;
- 2 l. boiling water;
- 1 tbsp. l yeast;
- 2 lemons;
Tomatoes need to wash, chop, salt, pour boiling water and press this mass with any weight. In this form, the tomatoes should be left for 3-4 days, then strain through cheesecloth and add sugar, yeast and lemon juice. After that, the mixture should be placed in a dark warm place for fermentation. Regularly check how the process proceeds, and mix the mass. When all the bubbles disappear, leave the tomatoes for another 3-4 days. After that, squeeze the juice into a keg and store it in a dark cool place for half a year.
