Vermicelli with meat can be not only boiled, but also fried. You can use both beef and chicken, as well as diversify the dish with vegetables.

Recipe for fried vermicelli with meat

Frying in butter is an unexpected, but rather quick way to cook noodles. Any vegetable oil - sunflower, olive, corn - will suit for roasting.

In the ready dish you can add 1-2 pinches of turmeric. Seasoning does not have a pronounced taste, but the noodles will get an appetizing yellowish tint.

  1. Fry the vermicelli in vegetable oil until golden brown. Pour a glass of boiling water and leave to stew for 10 minutes.
  2. Meat mince. Salt and pepper.
  3. Chop the onion, grate the carrots.Fry vegetables for 5 minutes in vegetable oil, add minced meat to them. Mix everything, fry over low heat until the meat is completely cooked.
  4. Meat zazharku send to vermicelli. Mix everything, add salt to taste. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped greens - parsley and dill.

Roasted vermicelli can be served for lunch as a second course or for dinner. A good addition to the dish will be a vegetable salad.

How to cook a vermicelli with meat and vegetables

For this recipe, poultry is best suited. It is non-greasy and cooks quickly.

  • 200 grams of fine vermicelli;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 40 ml of vegetable oil;
  • Greenery;
  • Salt pepper.

Chicken can be seasoned to taste with spices - dried garlic, hops-suneli, paprika. Fillet is considered a dietary meat, in combination with vegetables it will become even more useful. Therefore, the dish is suitable for children's menu.

How to cook vermicelli with meat:

  1. Boil vermicelli in salted water until fully cooked, 3-4 minutes. Throw in a colander.
  2. Boil fillet for 25-30 minutes, let cool.Disassemble the meat into fibers, cut into small pieces.
  3. Fry onion in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut tomatoes and peppers, send to the onions. Pour 3 tbsp. l water, stew vegetables in its own juice for 10 minutes. Add meat, mix.
  4. Add vermicelli to chicken and vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly, then simmer for a few minutes over low heat.

Vermicelli can be served immediately, sprinkled with chopped parsley and dill before serving.
