Boil the required number of eggs, cool, peel off the shell.

For the marinade: mix water and vinegar, salt and sugar, bring to a boil, add spices (to taste: pepper, cinnamon and cloves). 2-3 minutes after the start of boiling, remove from heat. Put a few cloves of garlic and eggs in a jar and pour the marinade. Roll up the banks is not necessary. After two days the product is ready for use. Keep refrigerated.
