Sparing diet

Sparing diet is simply necessary for people who want to lose weight without harm to health. It is mainly used by people with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. And also a sparing diet is ideal for those who do not want to constantly feel the feeling of hunger.

Gentle slimming diet

At the core of a sparing diet is celery, which is considered a very useful assistant in the process of losing weight. To diet was effective, do not forget every day to drink 4 glasses of ordinary pure water without gas. Duration sparing diet - 4 weeks. Before you are presented two menu options per week, they must be alternated every other day. Five meals a day:

  • first breakfast
  • lunch
  • dinner
  • afternoon tea
  • dinner

Menu for the first week:

Option 1 for five meals a sparing diet:

  1. 1 glass of warm milk with 1 slice stale bread. Honey is allowed to be added to milk (1 tsp.)
  2. 1 cup of tea, 1 slice of black bread, thinly greased with butter, with celery leaves.
  3. Vegetable soup, low-fat beef (200 gr), 2 pcs of potatoes, celery salad. Add any products from the list to the salad: broccoli, beets, cauliflower, lettuce.
  4. 1 rusk and 2 tomatoes.
  5. 1 cup of kefir, 2 slices of black bread, thinly greased with butter, with celery leaves.

Option 2:

  1. 1 cup of tea with a slice of black bread and parsley leaves.
  2. 1 cup of kefir, 1 slice of black bread, celery salad. To the salad add any products from the list: potatoes, radishes, beets, radishes.
  3. Broth, 1 piece of fish in boiled form, 2 pcs of potatoes with celery and parsley, green salad.
  4. 1 glass of fruit juice is not from the pack! 1 pc cookie.
  5. 1 cup of warm milk, 2 slices of black bread with honey.

The menu for the second week:

Option 1 for five meals a sparing diet:

  1. 1 glass of fruit or vegetable juice not from the pack, 1 toast.
  2. 1 slice of black bread with cheese and butter.
  3. vegetarian soup, carrot salad, 1 meatball, made from lean meat, tea or jelly.
  4. Fruit, 1 pc biscuit.
  5. 1 glass of milk, 1 slice of stale bread with honey.

Option 2:

  1. Tea with milk, 1 slice of black bread with jam.
  2. Tea, tomato, 2 slices of black bread with meat.
  3. Borsch (vegetarian), boiled fish, celery salad. To the salad add any products from the list: salad, broccoli, beets, kohlrabi.
  4. 1 glass of milk, crackers.
  5. Tea and 2 slices of low-fat cheese.

Menu for the third week:

Option 1 for five meals a sparing diet:

  1. coffee, a slice of black bread with honey or jam.
  2. A glass of kefir, boiled egg, 2 pcs radishes, a slice of black bread and butter.
  3. Mushroom soup, cutlet, salad with celery and other vegetables, 1 cup of juice not from the pack.
  4. Fruit and 1 rusk.
  5. A glass of kefir or milk, cottage cheese and a slice of callous buns.

Option 2:

  1. Milk with honey, cracker.
  2. Tea with 2 slices of bread with sausage (low-fat).
  3. Broth, 2 baked apples and steamed vegetables.
  4. fruits and biscuits (1 pc).
  5. Tea, apple and a slice of bread with fish.

Menu for the fourth week:

Option 1 for five meals a sparing diet:

  1. Tea and a toast with honey.
  2. 2 slices of black bread, thinly greased with butter, with celery leaves and cheese. Apple (2 pieces).
  3. Broth, boiled chicken (150 gr) with celery and vegetables, mashed potatoes (2 spoons), kissel.
  4. A glass of carrot juice with biscuit.
  5. A glass of kefir, to choose from: liver (150 gr) or vegetable salad with brewed butter.

Option 2:

  1. Milk and a slice of rye bread with butter.
  2. Tea, apple, boiled egg, a slice of bread with butter and celery.
  3. Broth, 2 pieces of potatoes, beans in tomato sauce with celery leaves, 1 apple.
  4. Kefir with crackers.
  5. Celery SaladAdd any products from the list to the salad: beets, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce. 2 sandwiches with pate.
